EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT- EXECUTIVE



This AGREEMENT, entered into this [Date] by and between:



[Company], having its business address at [Address], a company incorporated under the laws of United Kingdom (hereinafter referred as the "Company"),



AND



[Name of the employee], having his/her permanent address at __________________________, with passport/social security number being _________ (hereinafter referred as the "Employee"),





WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to enter into this Agreement for setting out the terms and conditions of the employment between the Employee and the Company in general and to train the Employee for [the main duty or responsibility of the employee] as the Employee of the Company and provide them with training and in general define and set forth the terms and conditions of the employment of the Employee by the Company;



NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth below, it is hereby covenanted and agreed by the Company and the Employee as follows, the parties agree as follows:



1. Position; Employment Period



1.1 The Company hereby employs the Employee as its [position], and the Employee hereby agrees to serve in such capacity, for the period beginning [start date], 20__, and ending on the date_______, for a period of two (2) years on which the Employee's employment is terminated in accordance with paragraph 8 below (the “Employment Period”).



2. Performance of Duties



2.1 The Employee agrees that during the Employment Period he/she shall devote his/her full business time to the affairs of the Company and shall perform his/her duties faithfully and efficiently subject to the direction of the Company.



2.2 The Employee shall not be allowed to provide their personal contact information to any of the clients of the Company.



3. Compensation



3.1 Subject to the following provisions of this Agreement, during the Employment Period the Employee shall be compensated for his/her services as follows:



(a) He shall receive an annual salary, payable in monthly or more frequent installments, in an amount which shall initially be £ [amount] per annum, subject to such increases as may from time to time be determined by the Company.



(b) He shall be entitled to vacations of not less than £ [amount] per year.



(c) He shall be entitled to such other perquisites as may be customarily granted by the Company to employees of similar rank and position.





4. Applicable Law



4.1 The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.



4.2 Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this Agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom. The arbitrator’s award shall be final in this regard. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
