This Bill of Sale of Motor Vehicle is made on this [Date] by and between:

Consideration: Seller acknowledges receipt of £ [Amount] in full and final down payment for the Motor Vehicle, from the Buyer and title transfer to take place within [number] days from execution of this Agreement.



Seller shall allow to the Buyer [number] days to have the Motor Vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, and agrees to cancel the sale if the inspection is unsatisfactory to the Buyer.



The Seller certifies to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the odometer reading listed in the Motor Vehicle description above reflects the actual mileage of the Motor Vehicle. The Motor Vehicle's odometer was not altered, set back, or disconnected while in the Seller's possession, and the Seller has no knowledge of anyone doing so.



Seller warrants to Buyer that Seller has good and marketable title to said Motor Vehicle, full authority to sell and transfer said Motor Vehicle, and that said Motor Vehicle is sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities, and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever.



This Agreement shall be subject to laws applicable to United Kingdom as per the provisions of Motor Vehicle Act.
