Sub: Notice to quit the Premises for non-payment of rent



This is to bring to your knowledge that by an Lease Agreement dated [Date] between you as the Tenant and myself as the Landlord, you are in possession of the Premises at [Address of the Premises] for a term of [Years].



As per clause [Number] of the said Lease Agreement, you agreed to pay a monthly rent of £ [Amount] without fail on 7th Day of every month in advance. Your rent is due for the period of last 3 months and you have been intimated and reminded for the same, orally as well as in writing but you have failed to pay the due rent.
