GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY


TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENT THAT I, [Name of the Granter of the Power of Attorney], do hereby constitute, appoint, nominate and authorise Mr. [Name of Attorney] as my true and lawful Attorney for and in the name and on behalf of me, to do execute and perform all acts, deeds, matters and things including but not limited to the following:

1. To open, operate, manage accounts with the banks in my name;

2. Paying, receiving, delivering of monies payment of all kinds of rent (home, office), phone bills, utility bills, car rental bills etc.

3. Making, drawing, signing or endorsing, purchasing, selling, discounting and accepting checks, drafts, promissory notes, bonds, bill of exchange, bill of lading and other negotiable instruments;

4. representing me in all negotiations and communications with any authority;

5. to maintain and take good care of all my properties and do the necessary and reasonable steps to insurance they are maintained and kept well;

6. to buy and maintain various insurance policies on my behalf;

7. to make payments of taxes and charges payable to various governmental authorities;

8. to buy, lease, sell, dispose off, rent property on my behalf;

I hereby state that I will confirm and ratify the above acts done by my above Attorney in pursuance of these presents. The Attorney is accountable to maintain accounts with regard to the transactions carried out by the Attorney in respect of the authorities provided by me and more fully described and to cause to me whenever required by me;

I have not received any consideration from the Agent for executing this Power.
